JWB 200-3.0 CUT-OUT BASE ALLROUNDER RANGE
Engineered for larger and heavier trailers and vans, the All-Rounder Range is the perfect solution for those who rarely have the jockey wheel off the beaten track.  This BUDDY can stay in place at all times on hard surfaces like concrete or road base whilst still allowing full manoeuvrability of the rig.  The jockey wheel extends almost 2cms below the Cut-Out Base.

For the tradie with a lowered utility, or the equestrian entrant towing with a sedan or wagon, this BUDDY will not raise the height of the draw bar making it difficult to hitch or unhitch.  However with excellent lateral support and a strong 3mm steel base, sinking in soft ground or falling sideways are nightmares of the past.

The JWB 200-3.0 CUT-OUT BASE ALLROUNDER can withstand loads of 450kgs on the towball, is made from hot-dipped galvanised steel and comes with a 2 year full replacement guarantee.

Priced at only $69 plus postage, you’ll be saving time, money and a whole lot of stress with this great patented Aussie invention.

The On-Again Off-Again ban of free camping in Tasmania continues to have us all confused and waiting in anticipation for a decision.

“Other jurisdictions in Australia and New Zealand have much clearer guidelines on the competitive neutrality principles and how they apply,” Clarence Council Mayor, Doug Chipman said. “We need some guidance and some principles on how to apply it – it’s that greater clarity and guidance that we’re looking for.”

Tourism Industry Council of Tasmania chief executive Luke Martin said the law should be enforced on a case-by-case basis.

The Bracknell Reserve and the Deloraine Racecourse have been hotspots for recreational vehicles in Meander Valley, according to General Manager Martin Gill, drawing complaints from private caravan park owners in the area.

Cr Perkins said the council had a legal responsibility to ban the practice.

“We have adopted a policy that recognises what the state requirement is for the National Competition Policy,” he said.

“We aren’t able to provide free overnight camping – we have to apply a cost recovery model otherwise we’re in breach of the law.

“You might want to thumb your nose at the law, but we have a responsibility to uphold it.”

Cr Perkins said the council would likely liaise with the government about a future easing of the laws.

“There was a strong view from many councillors that overnight camping provides economic value to rural towns, but at the same time we had to acknowledge the current legal arrangements.

Seems we will have to WATCH THIS SPACE.  No decision will be made until after the election on 3 March.
